Barnwood Farms Was the Perfect Spot for Autumn’s Vibe

Autumn told me she wanted her senior pictures to feel a little country but still soft and girly—so we went with Barnwood Farms in Waupaca, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. This spot has everything: rustic barns, wooden fences, tall grass, a cute little swing, and plenty of open space. It gave us all the variety we needed while staying super true to her style.

We started near the barn with Autumn in a pink dress and cowboy boots (obsessed). The contrast between the weathered wood and her soft outfit was so good. We wandered around the property finding little gems—like a white fence that gave major small-town-country vibes, and a swing hanging from an old tree that felt straight out of a movie.

After that, we walked out into the field behind the barn just as the sun started to dip. The sky turned golden and everything lit up with that soft glow that photographers dream of. It was such a sweet way to end the session, just calm, pretty, and totally her.
